There are different types of membership levels, all memberships come with a Subscription to our quarterly newsletter Jazz & Blues Notes as well as other membership benefits.

Membership Meetings
All JSJBF Members and prospective members are welcome!
If you want JSJBF to know WHO YOU ARE and that you're looking for work, this is the best way you can make your availability and skills known. You also can network with other artists and potentially venue owners that can help you out. This is one of the single most important things you can do to market your group (and you can have a great night out)!
Meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of the month.

Wed., 21 Jan. 2009, 8:00 - 11:00Upstairs at The Downtown Music by: Grupo Yuri is a six piece musical group performing an array of diverse styles from World Beat, Latin and Jazz flavors. The group is led by violinist Yuri Turchyn whose compositions are featured by the excellent musicianship of the band. The band has performed at jazz festivals throughout New Jersey and such luminary clubs as Trumpets and Shanghai Jazz Club. Upstairs at The Downtown Music by: Playing a very "Electric Style Of Blues" and living 2 miles from NYC, Chaz DePaolo is an internationally acclaimed Blues/Rock guitarist who has toured extensively in the U.S. Canada and Europe. He has performed on stage with Commander Cody,Bernard Purdie, Buddy Miles,Jose Feliciano, ... Chaz has also fronted the original Groundhogs Rhythm Section consisting of Ken Pustelnik and Pete Cruickshank. The "Hogs" have recorded with John Lee Hooker and have backed Little Walter and Jimmy Reed.
